REALM CONNECT APP: GETTING STARTED

Rest assured that this app is secure and only accessed by vetted members of Madison Street UMC!

1. You were sent an email. Find the email in your mailbox. (Please let us know of you cannot find the email.)
2. Click the “Create an account” link in your email.
3. Your email is already entered. Now, you need to choose a password. Type the password you’ve chosen in “Create Password” and “Confirm Password” boxes.  SAVE THIS PASSWORD!
4. Click the “I’m not a robot” box.
5. Click “Create Account”
6. If “Create Account” button is not available to click, you may need confirm the passwords in the 2 boxes match. If they match, you may need to change the password, or add to the password to meet the requirements.
7. Once you’re logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.
8. Click on “My Profile.”
9. Your information will come up under your profile.
10. Click “Edit Profile.”
11. Edit any information in the “Contact Information” tab that needs to be updated or edited.
12. Make sure your address, phone number, and email are included.
13. Go to the top of the page and click the “Save.” 
14. Return to your profile page using the “ ← Back” button in the page header.
15. Click “Manage Privacy.”
16.  Set privacy to “Anyone in the church.” This will allow members of MSUMC to see your contact and personal information you entered previously. *Optional* - You can select “Custom Privacy.” If you do this, please make sure your contact information is visible to anyone in the church.
17. Click “Save,” and you’re finished setting up. Thank you!
