The women of Banquet Bible Study invite you to join us on a journey to get to know both the man and the Book of James, in Beth Moore’s 8-session study "James: Mercy Triumphs.” James, Jesus’ own brother, started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple. Topics include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer. We will meet in Room 108 on Wednesday mornings from September 5-November 14 from 9:30am-11:30am. As part of our Living a Better Story, we’ve extended our study to ten weeks to include two mornings for service projects assisting local missions.
